A Peak Behind the Curtain
Hey there! My name is AJ/Abbie (she/her), I’m a visual development artist and currently branching out to 3D modeling. I’m most passionate about collaborating with others and bringing our ideas to life!
I moved a lot growing up until I eventually ended up in Washington where I attended Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle and graduated with a BFA in Game Art in 2026.
My art is in a constant state of flux, whether that be catering my style to a current project or learning new skills. However, one thing that stays the same is that my work has the distinct funk of media long since past.
When I’m not tinkering in Blender or drawing, I’m usually watching movies and playing video games with my twin. I love horror, robots, and giant monsters, though I'm not immune to the irresistible charm of the Very Hungry Caterpillar.
At the heart of mmouseu is a soft-spoken girl who was trying to find some way to get "mouse" as her username.
Whether it be computer mice, fancy mice, or lab mice, none were as instrumental as the house mouse with the most: Tutter from Bear in the Big Blue House.
From there, mmouseu adopted an other-worldly look, inspired by my love for aliens and robots. Wanting to go in a more tactile direction, mmouseu evolved into the plush, Rushton-like figure of today.
